A website of their own, connected to the Inmovilla CRM
A Marbella real estate agency that only had the generic website its CRM generates. It now has a site with its own identity, in four languages, that still pulls every listing from Inmovilla with no extra work.

The problem
Top House Marbella is a real estate agency on the Costa del Sol. It manages its portfolio in Inmovilla, an industry CRM, and its website was the one that CRM generates automatically: a template identical to hundreds of other agencies, with the catalogue and little else.
It worked, but it said nothing. It didn’t convey what kind of agency this is, who it serves or why choose it. For an agency working with buyers from several countries in a market like Marbella, having the same website as the competition is the same as having none.
What I did
A new website with the agency’s identity, still fed by the CRM.
- Direct integration with the Inmovilla API. The agency keeps working in its CRM as always. New listings, removals, prices and photos appear on the site without anyone uploading them twice. Getting API access took several weeks of back-and-forth with the provider; it’s the part of the job the client never sees, and the part I take care of.
- Hosting on a dedicated VPS. Syncing with the CRM needs processes running on the server, which shared hosting can’t provide. [VERIFY: sync frequency.]
- A clear message and a design worthy of Marbella. Typography, photography and copy chosen to convey what the owner wanted: a boutique agency, personal, straight to the point.
- Four languages: Spanish, English, French and German, the markets its buyers come from.
- Search by what a buyer actually uses: location, property type, bedrooms and price, plus property pages with an enquiry form on the page itself.
- Internal SEO foundation. Page structure, titles, descriptions and internal linking planned from the start, something the CRM’s website never allowed.

The result
The website represents the agency instead of the software provider. The catalogue still updates itself, now in four languages and on a technical base Google can read properly.
And that is measured, with the full catalogue loading from the CRM.
Project delivered and accepted by the client.
